Row 34 Will Expand to Portsmouth, NH

Portwalk Place announced that the Boston-based oyster bar Row 34 will be coming to Portwalk Place in the summer of 2015. The Boston location of the restaurant opened in November 2013. GQ magazine ranked it one of the “25 Best Restaurants” and it was featured as one of the “50 Best Restaurants” by Bon Appétit magazine.

Portwalk Place also announced continued strong demand for their new luxury apartments, Aria at Portwalk Place. Leasing starts at $1770/mo. Located in historic downtown Portsmouth, NH, Aria at Portwalk Place has 113 maintenance-free, loft-style apartment homes with full amenities.
