The Shops at Prudential Center Celebrates Back Bay Night Out in Style

Famed pastry chef and Flour Bakery co-owner, Joanne Chang, will be at The Shops at Prudential Center for a book signing on 9/10.

The Shops at Prudential Center, in partnership with the Back Bay Association, will be participating in the third annual Back Bay Night Out. The event celebrates food, fashion and lifestyle in the Back Bay neighborhood, on Thursday, September 10th starting at 5:00 P.M. Additional details can be found here: http://bit.ly/BBNO2015

In addition to exclusive discounts, famed pastry chef and Flour Bakery co-owner, Joanne Chang, will be on hand signing her new cookbook, Baking with Less Sugar, in the Huntington Arcade from 5:30 P.M - 7:30 P.M. The book features a few of the most-requested fare from Boston-favorite Flour Bakery, new go-to recipes, and recipes for desserts using natural sweeteners and little-to-no white sugar. Chef Chang will also have samples of her new low-sugar oatmeal raisin cranberry cookies available, a perfect Fall treat.
