His work combines the structural principles of the Rolf Method with refined myofascial release and somatic therapy to help clients improve posture, movement, and body awareness. Joel trained at the Guild for Structural Integration preserving the depth of Ida Rolf’s original work. Through this training he developed a deep understanding of the fascial network and how myofascial release and somatic therapy can restore natural alignment and functional movement.
