Summer Wine & Chocolate Workshop

Taste for yourself why French wine and fine chocolate are a match made in heaven! After a sold-out tasting event at the French Cultural Center last year, the award-winning chocolatiers at Chocolate Therapy are back to teach you how to taste and pair these two superfoods, and to guide you through sampling four mind-blowing assortments created according to the season. Relax and learn insights about chocolate “from bean to bar,” how to properly taste and pair, and sample four soothing summer creations, including a Pomegranate Truffle paired with Côtes du Rhône. We’ll explore a variety of light and bright fruity flavor combinations drawing from a number of different red and white wine varietals.
This tasting takes place on Wednesday, September 23 at 6:30 PM. This event is $35 for French Cultural Center members and $45 for non-members. Space is limited so please call 617.912.0400 or register online to secure your spot.
