Suzanne R. Troyer Joins Hammond Residential South End Office

BOSTON (February 17, 2016) – Dave Stenberg, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s South End office, recently announced that Suzanne R. Troyer has affiliated with Hammond and will be working alongside Melinda D. Sarkis from Hammond’s South End office location at 10 Berkeley Street, ATELIER 505.

Troyer’s passion for real estate began in 2001, when she purchased her first South End condominium. She recently decided to convert that passion into a full time real estate career, having worked for over twenty years in the securities industry.

Troyer’s many years of residing in the Boston area have given her an abundance of knowledge about Boston and the South Shore. She utilizes her management skills, eye for details, and knack for numbers from her years in the securities industry to ensure that her buyer and seller clients receive the best service possible. As a Hammond agent, she looks forward to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Prior to affiliating with Hammond, Troyer worked at Morgan Stanley in New York City, and later in Boston at HarbourVest Partners, LLC, as the firm’s equity trader and public market specialist. In 2006, she started at Whale Rock Capital Management LLC, a then a start up technology-focused hedge fund, where she served as Chief Administrative Officer helping to grow the firm to 10 employees and over $1 billion in assets under management.

Troyer relocated from Manhattan to the Boston area in 2000. Having resided in numerous locales, including in South Boston and Boston’s South End neighborhood, she currently lives in Hingham with her husband and two young boys. When she’s not working, Troyer can be found spending time with family and friends while enjoying all that the region has to offer.
