With beautiful sprung bamboo flooring, a loft like industrial lounge space, and a club lighting and sound system. Swet Studio ™ is unique.

“Get Fit, Stay Social,” is Swet Studio’s motto. According to Mihyalova, the studio was created with belief that it should be more than just a place to go and workout, but a place to make friends, who share common interests and an active lifestyle. “Ultimately, it is a place to have fun.”

Some of the alternative classes range from Mojo Transformation, a boot camp like workout, to Same Sex Ballroom Dancing and other innovative dance classes such as Hip Hop Yoga and BollyX, to Indo-Rowing ®, which captures the elements of competitive on water rowing, where groups of people utilize water filled rowing machines. Swet Studio also offers Boston’s only licensed AntiGravity® aerial yoga classes, offered by certified instructors versed in the principles, technique, and philosophy of the exciting aerial program. Says Mihaylova, “Each class is designed to be an event.”

“Let’s face it, hanging out with new friends and climbing a wall together or navigating an obstacle course is much more exciting than simply going to a boring class or running on a treadmill.”
