Top of the Hub Celebrates Traditional Flavors & More For Thanksgiving

Fifty-two floors above the city, Top of the Hub will celebrate Thanksgiving with a special four-course menu on Thursday, November 26. Served from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., the prix-fixe holiday menu is priced at $75 per person ($25 for children 6-12; children under 5 dine as guests of the restaurant), exclusive of beverages, tax and gratuity. Offering sweeping views of the city from every table, Top of the Hub is marking five decades of service to Boston’s discerning dining community in 2015.

Thanksgiving guests will be welcomed with a complimentary Basket of Breads accompanied by Pumpkin Pie Spiced Butter. Menu choices offer something for every taste, ranging from Meyer Lemon Poached Jumbo Shrimp and Roasted Kabocha Squash Soup to Misty Knoll Farms Vermont Turkey with old fashioned cornbread stuffing, Coffee-Rubbed Port Tenderloin, Georges Bank Lemon Sole and Smokey Braised Niman Ranch Beef Brisket. To end the meal with something sweet, guests will have their choice of either a Cranberry Pecan Tart or Pumpkin Creme Brulee. A menu of vegetarian selections will also be available upon request.

The restaurant’s Lounge will offer live jazz entertainment from 4 to 8 P.M.

After dinner, all Thanksgiving guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary Thanksgiving Day visit to the Skywalk Observatory, New England’s tallest observatory and Boston’s ONLY sky-high vantage point. Located on The Prudential Tower’s 50th floor, the Skywalk experience includes an exclusive Audio Tour highlighting the skyline’s many points of historic and cultural interest, Dreams of Freedom: Boston’s Immigrant Experience, plus admission to four video presentations screened in the Skywalk’s state-of-the-art video theater, including “Wings Over Boston,” a spectacular aerial video tour of Boston and Cambridge.
