Top of the Hub At 22nd Annual Taste of Back Bay

Top of the Hub participated in the 22nd annual Taste of Back Bay featuring the finest food and drink the Back Bay has to offer.

Renato Gomes Da Cruz (above, center), Banquet Chef at Top of the Hub, served Georges Bank Scallop Salad to several hundred guests gathered on the Skywalk Observatory for the 22nd annual Taste of Back Bay. A sample-version of the restaurant’s new entrée, the dish featured a tempting combination of scallops, faro, baby arugula, pickled carrots, cucumbers, lime truffle vinaigrette and red pepper coulis. Stefan Jarausch is Executive Chef at Top of the Hub.

Presented by The Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay, the evening featured the finest food and drink the Back Bay has to offer along with entertainment provided by the Berklee College of Music.

A portion of the proceeds from this year's event benefited The Women’s Lunch Place.
