Trial Begins for Brothers Charged in Alleged 'One Fund' Scam
The two are accused of making a false $2 million claim under the name of a deceased aunt.
Two brothers were set to go to trial Tuesday in connection with allegedly making a false $2 million claim to the One Fund Boston, according to MyFoxBoston.
Branden Matter, 23, and Domunique Grice, 28, pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit larceny, attempt to commit larceny and identify fraud after they allegedly made the claim using the name of a deceased aunt, according to the report.
