From drinks like the "Backache" – made from ginger root, apple juice and seltzer – to a wide selection of books and magazines about yoga, tai chi and bodywork, it may actually be difficult to indulge in something that's not good for you.

As for the food, café director Megan Mount raves about the momos, a Tibetan dish made by a local Tibetan man. The vegan lasagna is also a big hit, and the café serves breakfast from the store's opening at 8 a.m. to the closing at midnight, seven nights a week.

"I like that they have breakfast all day," said customer Samantha Andreoli. "They have your typical comfort food, but it's nice that they have healthy options.  I like the egg white omelets and I add broccoli, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese."

While you might not be able to catch a Red Sox game or Sportscenter on the TV screens at Trident, they do show other non-mainstream sports in their café including a complete broadcast of the Tour de France.  And if you're looking to exercise your mind, you might consider attending Trident Trivia Nights, held every Friday
