The Vespers // Brady Toops at the Red Room
The Vespers // Brady Toops play LIVE at the Red Room November 11th at 8pm!

The Vespers are the Cryar sisters and the Jones brothers, all from Nashville, Tennessee. In 2009, they started playing together, making their own rootsy, Southern stomp and throwing themselves into a historically rich and competitive music scene. On their third album, Sisters and Brothers, the band combines Americana roots with pop melodies and rock ‘n’ roll muscle. It’s an album about growth and discovery, about finding your place—and your sound—in the world by leaning on the support of those around you. For the Vespers, those supporters include one another.
Growing up in New London, Minnesota, Brady Toops spent childhood running around on baseball diamonds and athletic fields. He left the world of athletics in 2006 to pursue his first love, music, and ended up in Franklin, Tennessee to work with songwriter/producer Anthony Skinner. In the early summer of 2011, his five-song EP, A Little Love, was released. In the late summer of 2013, based in Nashville, Toops released a self-titled full-length album that debuted at no. 8 on the Christian/Gospel iTunes charts and authenticated the grassroots following he’s developed over the last few years. RELEVANT Magazine recently featured Toops on their highly popular RELEVANT Studio Sessions, naming him “one of our favorite new artists.” In the last year, he has toured the United States tirelessly, playing alongside artists like John Mark McMillan, David Crowder, and Ellie Holcomb.
