Whaley of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Honored With Top Award
Paul Whaley, affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Back Bay, received the Society of Excellence Award.
Merit McIntyre, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, is pleased to congratulate Paul Whaley for achieving the Society of Excellence Award, a prestigious award reserved for the top 0.22 percent of all NRT Coldwell Banker-affiliated sales associates nationwide. Only 85 real estate agents and sales teams nationwide within the NRT network received this award. NRT, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company, is the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Whaley, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Boston-Back Bay office, achieved this highest honor for his sales accomplishments in 2015, closing more than $105.4 million in sales volume last year. Whaley, along with other award-winning sales associates, was honored for his achievements at a special celebration in March at the Boston Park Plaza.

In addition to Society of Excellence, Whaley is a recipient of the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Premier award, presented to the top 1 percent of approximately 85,000 Coldwell Banker®-affiliated sales associates worldwide.
Throughout his nearly 30 years in the real estate business, Whaley has been recognized on a local, regional and national level for his sales accomplishments. He was ranked among the nation’s top 250 real estate professionals based on sales volume achieved in 2014 by REAL Trends “The Thousand” report, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal.
