Whaley Recognized Among Nation's Top Real Estate Professionals By REAL Trends
Paul Whaley of Boston, a sales associate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Boston-Back Bay office, was ranked among the nation's top agents.
Pat Villani, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, is pleased to announce that Paul Whaley, an award-winning broker affiliated with the company’s Boston-Back Bay office, was ranked among the nation’s top real estate professionals based on sales volume. With more than $79.3 million in sales volume in 2014, Whaley was ranked No. 194 in the U.S. by REAL Trends “The Thousand” report, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal.
The annual report ranks America’s top 1,000 residential real estate agents and teams based on 2014 annual sales volume and transaction sides, and this year for the first time also adds the top 500 agents and teams based on average sales price – making it a ranking of the top 1,500 nationwide.
Whaley was also listed among the top real estate professionals in Massachusetts, coming in at No. 7 for sales volume and No. 9 for transaction sides on the 2015 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents list.

Whaley has earned the Relocation Specialist designation and has experience with historic properties. He was recently recognized with the Society of Excellence Award, a distinguished honor reserved for the top 1.67 percent of all NRT Coldwell Banker affiliated sales associates nationwide.
