Whaley/Ring Team Ranked Among Nation's Top Real Estate Teams by REAL Trends
The Whaley/Ring Team, affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Back Bay office, is ranked among the top U.S. sales teams
Merit McIntyre, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, is pleased to announce that the Whaley/Ring Team was ranked among the nation’s top real estate professionals based on sales volume. With more than $105.4 million in sales volume in 2015, the Whaley/Ring Team was ranked No. 214 in the U.S. by REAL Trends, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal.
Led by Paul Whaley, the team consists of Charlie Ring, Ilyian Padinkov and Lilly Slatkin and serves homebuyers and sellers in Boston’s Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End and Waterfront neighborhoods.
The Whaley/Ring Team is now a member of “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals,” a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored by REAL Trends and advertised in The Wall Street Journal. The Thousand list includes four separate categories honoring the top 250 residential real estate agents and sales teams based on sales volume and transaction sides.

In addition to The Thousand list, the Whaley/Ring Team made the 2016 America’s Best Real Estate Agents list, ranking No. 6 in Massachusetts for sales volume closed in 2015, and No. 20 in the state for transaction sides.

Whaley has received the Society of Excellence Award numerous times. This prestigious award is reserved for the top 0.22 percent of all NRT Coldwell Banker-affiliated sales associates nationwide. Only 85 real estate agents and sales teams nationwide within the NRT network received this award in 2016.
