1 Injured After Reported Gunshots At Craigville Beach: Police

Police continue an investigation after one person suffered lacerations from broken glass after a possible shooting in Centerville.

BARNSTABLE, MA — One person was injured from what police said were possible gunshots in the Craigville Beach parking lot over the weekend.

Police received a report of gunshots on Saturday evening at the beach parking lot in the Centerville area.

One person suffered minor lacerations from broken glass during the incident, police said.

An investigation into the possible shooting is active and ongoing, police said. They believe the shots were "targeted" and the act "is not random."
