2 DWI Arrests in Yarmouth Halloween Night
One alleged drunk driver was texting; the other refused to identify herself to officers, police said.
Yarmouth police made two drunk driving arrests in under 30 minutes Halloween night.
Police said at about 1 a.m., Caitlin Eldredge, 30, of Harwich, was pulled over on Baxter Avenue and charged with OUI, driving to endanger, and refusing to identify herself. Police said her license was suspended for a previous OUI conviction.
About a half-hour later, Andrew Moisan, 35, of Harwich, was pulled over on White’s Path and charged with OUI, negligent driving, texting while driving, a lane violation, and having an open container of alcohol.
