2 'Well-Known' Teens Charged in Hyannis Armed Robbery
Police said the teens—one from Hyannis and the other from Falmouth—were arrested in Hyannis.
Two arrests have been made in a Hyannis armed robbery earlier this week.
Kyle Mugford, 19, of Hyannis, and Devon Pelrine, 18, of Falmouth, were arrested Thursday after they allegedly robbed a man at knifepoint in Hyannis Wednesday. The victim approached police Wednesday and police said they developed warrants for the pair’s arrest.
Police said Mugford and Pelrine are “well-known” to them.

After the warrant was issued, Barnstable police Officer Nathan St. Onge was directing a traffic detail in Hyannis when he spotted the pair drive by him in a vehicle, police said. St. Onge alerted fellow officers, who caught up with the car and arrested the pair.
