27 Massachusetts Residents Become Citizens At Cape Cod League Game

BREWSTER, MA — Over two-dozen Massachusetts residents became U.S. citizens at a recent Cape Cod League baseball game, according to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. America's pastime indeed.
The USCIS said 27 residents participated in a naturalization ceremony held in honor of Military Appreciation Day at a recent Brewster Whitecaps baseball game.
Seven service members were among those sworn-in, officials said.

"The evening game was a wonderful place to welcome and celebrate these new Americans," the USCIS said. "To the military members, we thank you for your service. To all, we thank you for your dedication to the future of our country."
