Armed Drug Dealer Tazed in Hyannis: Police
Terrell Peters, 19, of Marstons Mills, was arrested on a host of charges.

Barnstable police said an officer tazed an armed burglary suspect on Yarmouth Road in Hyannis over the weekend.
Terrell Peters, 19, of Marstons Mills, allegedly had a Ruger .380 pistol as he and two accomplices tried to break into a home at 58 Yarmouth Rd.
Officers Nathan St. Onge and Spencer Jackson arrived at the home Sunday at about 1:45 a.m. for a report of suspicious activity and encountered the trio. Peters kept grabbing his waistband then fled; St. Onge tazed him and took him into custody. Police said they found marijuana and prescription drugs on him in. The serial number on his gun was scratched off, police said.

Peters was charged with carrying a gun without a license, defacing the serial number of a gun, and two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute.
