Arrested: Man Accused Of Attacking Pregnant Woman On Cape Cod
The 30-year-old was released on bail earlier this month and did not return to court.

YARMOUTH, MA – A man accused of attacking a pregnant South Yarmouth woman has been arrested again. Matthew Julian, 30, was accused of assault Nov. 2 at a home on Long Pond Drive. Police said Julian knew the victim.
Julian was found hiding in the basement of a home the following day and arrested, police said. He posted the $540 bail but failed to show up to his arraignment that Monday. Julian also violated a protective order that had been taken out following the assault by contacting the victim, according to police.
Officers arrested Julian Nov. 26 around 10:30 a.m. after pulling over a black 2010 Chevrolet Equinox on Rt. 6A in Barnstable. Julian was the passenger in the car and said he was in the process of turning himself in to the court.
