Barnstable 4th Of July Fireworks: 2019 Guide, Scheduled Time

BARNSTABLE, MA — July 4th is quickly approaching, which means it's time to fire up that barbecue and find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you this Independence Day. We gathered up all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Barnstable so you can start planning now.

From Arts Barnstable:

The Hyannis Fourth of July Parade has been an annual flagship event for the village of Hyannis and the Town of Barnstable community. This year, the Town of Barnstable along with the Town of Barnstable Fourth of July committee, is excited to continue the 2019 Town of Barnstable Fourth of July Celebration! This annual event includes six full hours of jam-packed, nonstop programming and family-friendly entertainment.

From the east end to west end of Main Street and down to the waterfront, residents and visitors alike will enjoy the annual parade, concerts, and fireworks, as well as street performers, musicians, family games, jugglers, face painting, free trolley rides around the Village Green, and much more.

5pm Barnstable Town Band Concert – Village Green

• Family Lawn Games on the Village Green
• Free Rides by the Roaming Railroad- Village Green
• Nicholas Suchecki Jazz Quartet
• Bands and Musicians along Main Street
• Jugglers and Bubble Fun on the Village Green
• Family Activities on the Village Green & Aselton Park

6:30pm Pre-Fireworks Concert – Aselton Park

• Family Lawn Games on the Village Green
• Family Activities at Aselton Park
• Bands and Musicians along Main Street

9pm Fireworks – Hyannis Harbor and Lewis Bay
