Barnstable Dog Missing
"Dixie" recently went missing from its Barnstable home. Call 508-202-1864 with information.
BARNSTABLE, MA — A Barnstable dog recently went missing and town officials are asking the public's help finding her. "Dixie" was last seen June 23 near her Centerville home. She is an old basset hound and is described as "very sweet" but afraid of men.

"Approach slowly - try to coax (her), kneel down, offer food," reads her missing poster. She was last seen on Craigville Beach Road near Main Street. She was dragging a blue collar.
