BARNSTABLE, MA — Barnstable voters on Election Day Tuesday chose Hillary Clinton in the presidential race while rejecting a statewide measure to legalize marijuana.
Clinton earned 12,862 votes compared to 11,142 for Donald Trump in Barnstable. Barnstable voters rejected Question 4, which sought to legalize marijuana, by a count of 13,390 to 12,314.
Statewide, Hillary Clinton won Massachusetts and Question 4 passed.
