Barnstable Man Wins $1M On Lotto Ticket
Jared Bickford said he's going to use some of they money for a new car for his girlfriend.
BARNSTABLE, MA — A Barnstable man won $1 million on a state lottery scratch ticket. Jared Bickford of Marstons Mills won the prize in the $30 "Supreme Millions" game.
Bickford chose the lump sum payment of $650,000, minus tax. He said he plans to use some of the winnings to buy a new car for his girlfriend.
Bickford purchased the winning ticket at Marstons Mills Cash Market in Barnstable. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus.
