Barnstable Police Arrest Fugitive With 8 Warrants
Darlene Armstrong, of Yarmouth, was charged with drunk driving, resisting arrest, and breaking and entering.
BARNSTABLE, MA — A Cape Cod fugitive with eight warrants was arrested in Barnstable, police announced Thursday. Darlene Armstrong, 57, of Yarmouth, was featured this week as the Yarmouth police department's "Wanted Wednesday" suspect.
Police said Armstrong had eight warrants for crimes in Barnstable and Yarmouth, including:
- Breaking and entering
- Malicious destruction of property
- Drunken driving
- Trespassing
- Resisting arrest
Armstrong was booked and arraigned Thursday in Barnstable District Court.
