1:14 am - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop, arrest made. Police arrested Marcus Johnson of 255 Great Western Rd., Harwichport on a warrant for possession of a class B drug with intent and possession of a class D drug. 

2:32 am - An intoxicated person disturbance was reported at Cape Cod Hospital, advised.

3:27 am - A suspicious prowler was reported at Brito's Auto Body and Sales on Yarmouth Road, arrest made.  Police arrested Dayle Bergin of 68 Woodland Rd., Hyannis for breaking and entering night time with intent to commit a misdemeanor, assault and battery of a police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and two counts of injury to real or personal property.

12:48 pm - Police were called for a medical assist at Cape Cod Hospital, transported to hospital.

12:54 pm - Harassment was reported at 137 Cammett Rd., Marstons Mills, serviced.

5:25 pm - An intoxicated person disturbance was reported at Wings, protective custody. Police placed Michael A. Sintoni of 51 Hamblin's Hayway, Marstons Mills in protective custody.

6:25 pm - A disturbance was reported at 10 Stuart St., Apt. B, Hyannis, serviced.

6:24 pm - Larceny was reported at Shaw's Supermarket, report taken.

6:28 pm - Police were called to keep the peace on Phinney's Lane, Centerville, advised.
