Barnstable Police Log: June 24, 2012: Four Charged With Breaking and Entering Into Motor Vehicles

12:07 am – A party was reported as a disturbance at 353 Lincoln Road, Hyannis. Report taken.

12:45 am – A disturbance was reported at 302 Main Street, Hyannis, and Stephen Ebersold, 26, of 36 Osprey Lane, Sandwich was arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and carrying a dangerous weapon.

1:06 am – A disturbance reported at the North Street Parking Lot in Hyannis. Two women were taken into protective custody.

1:20 am – An intoxicated person was reported at 11 Barnstable Road, Hyannis lead to the arrest of Arpad Voros, 22, of 223 Route 6A, Yarmouthport. He was charged with disorderly conduct and intimidation of a witness.

3:44 am – A disturbance reported at 1545 Santuit –Newtown Road, Cotuit lead to the arrest of Dillon Chouinard, 21, of 15 Stowe Road, Marstons Mills and Samuel Macdonald, 22, of 7 Kimberly Way, Cotuit who was charged with unlawful possession of ammunition.

4:05 am – A report of a motor vehicle break-in at 727 Main Street, Osterville lead to the arrests of Thomas Patten, 17, of 20 Woodvale Lane, Centerville; William Joyce, 17, of 42 Carrie Lee’s Way, Centerville;  Andrew Wagner, and Joshua Wagner, both 18, and both of 117 Hamden Circle, Hyannis. They were all charged with breaking and entering into motor vehicles, larceny of property over $250, conspiracy, and receiving stolen property over $250. Patten was also later charged with breaking and entering into motor vehicles, larceny of property over $250, and receiving stolen property over $250 at 15 Waterfield Road, Osterville; 125 Wintergreen Circle, Osterville; 123 Tower Hill Road, Osterville; 37 Wintergreen Circle, Osterville; 155 Wintergreen Circle, Osterville; multiple apartments located at 727 Main Street, Osterville; 50 Wintergreen Circle, Osterville; 37 Wintergreen Circle, Osterville; 155 Wintergreen Circle, Osterville.

9:51 am – A report of an accident at 4075 Falmouth Road, Centerville lead to the arrest of James Patrick Enos, 46, of 63 Elliot Street, Norwood. He was charged with giving a false ID to a police officer, and operating after a suspension of a license.

5:32 pm – A breaking and entering was reported at Goldfinger Jewelry, 64 Enterprise Road, Hyannis. Report Taken.

7:25 pm – A motor vehicle break-in was reported at 39 Blossom Avenue, Osterville. Report Taken.

10:14 pm – Unwanted harassment was reported at 19 Spring Street, Hyannis. Gone on arrival.
