8:19 am - A suspicious person was reported at the intersection of 4000 Falmouth Road and 15 Windwill Lane in Cotuit. Serviced.
8:29 am - As a result of a motor vehicle traffic stop made in Hyannis, police issued a summons to Stephen M. Morin, 25, of Hyannis, for attaching plates to an unregistered Motor vehicle with a trailer, operating an uninsured vehicle, operating without an inspection sticker, operating negligently, as to endanger, and operating without a license in possession.

12:31 pm - A report of a disturbance at Barnstable High School resulted in a juvenile being arrested for disturbing a school assembly and a second juvenile was arrested on a charge of being in possession of a Class B substance.
2:00 pm - As a result of a motor vehicle stop made at the Craigville Package Store, Marstons Mills, police arrested Clifford L. Reed, 38, of 271 Main Street, Harwich, MA, on a charge of operating with a revoked license.
2:17 pm - As a result of a report of larceny by shoplifting at the Sears department store in Hyannis, police arrested Kevin David Brown, of 77 Winter Street, Hyannis on charges of shoplifiting by concealing merchandise and possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute, manufacture or cultivate.
2:48 pm - As a result of a motor vehicle traffic stop at the intersection of Bearse's Way and Quaker Road in Hyannis, police arrested Abe McQueen, 65, of 44 Fresh Holes Road on an outstanding warrant for assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
4:14 pm - A missing person was reported on Bayberry Lane in Cotuit. Serviced.
4:47 pm - A report of larceny by shoplifting was made at Macy's department store in Hyannis. Serviced.

8:35 pm - A domestic restraining order was served in person at a Hiramar Road, Hyannis residence.
9:30 pm - As a result of a motor vehicle stop made at the Sav-On Gas station at 326 West Main Street, police arrested Keith R. Newell, 22, of 24 Marston Ave., Hyannis, on a warrant for operating with a suspended license; resisting arrest; kidnapping; unlawful possession of a firearm; assault with a dangerous weapon (firearm); assault and battery, domestic violence; threatening to commit a crime, murder (domestic); and unlawful possession of ammunition.
