Kindergarten Registration to be Held Next Week

Kindergarten registration will be held next week, we have a list of items you should have with you.

Kindergarten registration will take place at the following elementary schools on the day listed from 9:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Centerville Elementary: Monday March 4 (Centerville Elementary is offering extended hours of registration from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

Hyannis West Elementary: Wednesday March 6

Barnstable West Barnstable: Thursday March 7

West Villages Elementary School: Friday March 8

The Barnstable Schools Registration Form

Proof of Residency Form

The child’s birth certificate

The Home Language Survey

The child’s immunization record

Note: If you do not have one or more of the documents listed above, please bring what you have. Children do not have to attend registration.
