Bullet Found In Barnstable School Classroom
Police searched the school Monday after a custodian found a .22-caliber bullet.

BARNSTABLE, MA – Police searched a Barnstable school Monday after a custodian found a bullet in a classroom, according to reports. The .22-caliber bullet was found at the Barnstable Intermediate School, Principal James Anderson wrote in an email to parents.
Police officials told the Cape Cod Times no additional contraband was found during searches of the classroom and nearby areas. No students were searched.
Police are investigating how the bullet ended up in the classroom.
