Cape Gun Works

The Cape Cod Military Museum, CCMM, will give a presentation, “The Use of Animals WW I’ at the Cape Gun Works, 96 Airport Road in Hyannis on Tuesday, April 28th at 4:00 PM. 
This photo lecture tells the bizarre and fascinating story of the uses of animals during the Great War. We will cover the expected and surprising jobs given to our furry and feathered friends.
Museum mascot Sgt. Stubby will perform feats of obedience and tricks at the conclusion of the lecture.
Suggested donation is $10 and proceeds go to the Cape Cod Military Museum, a 501(c)(3) charity.

The Center for the Spiritual Journey invites individuals, families, and organizations to help celebrate World Labyrinth Day on Saturday, May 2, 2026; a time when thousands of people globally will walk as one at 1:00.
The intention for this international observance is to create a rolling wave of unified healing energy at home and around the world.
A Veriditas certified labyrinth facilitator, Maria Silverman, will guide participants in a walking meditation. Meet us at the Chatham Labyrinth: an 11-circuit outdoor labyrinth located in Chase Park, behind the Gristmill.&nbsp; The walkway to the labyrinth from the parking lot on Shattuck Place is handicap accessible.
