International award winning Botanical Arts designer Sarah Boynton will share her talents designing jewelry and other accessories using natural materials at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 7th, at the Mashpee Public Library. All are welcome. The picture of the Boynton Rose Broach is an example of her artistic beauty created through the use of foraged natural materials. Sarah and other artists in this medium have created exquisite necklaces, crowns, dresses, purses, pins, etc., which she will share. 
Sarah Boynton's latest book, Botanical Arts, will be available for purchase and signing.
After her presentation, Sarah will join Mashpee Garden Club members and guests in creating the 80 “Welcome Fall” bouquets for Mashpee’s Meals on Wheel's recipients. You are welcome to help fashion these small seasonal arrangements.

Cape Cod Maritime Museum

Join Joe Yukna of the Cape Cod Military Museum for an engaging and visually rich program featuring a mix of official military photographs and rare snapshots from private albums. &nbsp; &nbsp; Director James F. Ring will hold open auditions on October 9 from 6 PM to 9 PM and also on October 10 and 11 from 2 PM to 4:30 PM at the Barnstable Comedy Club located at 3171 Main Street in Barnstable for Edward Albee's play,&nbsp;A DELICATE BALANCE.
&nbsp; &nbsp;Casting is available for 2 men and 4 women.&nbsp; Actors will be asked to read from the script.&nbsp; A perusal copy of the script is at both the Sturgis Library and the Hyannis Public Library.&nbsp; More details and character descriptions may be viewed online at <a href="https://barnstablecomedyclub.org/auditions/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://barnstablecomedyclub.org/auditions/</a>.
