Cape Cod Couple Suspected Of Fentanyl Trafficking Arrested: PD

The couple was charged after officers found over 20 grams of fentanyl in their home, police said.

YARMOUTH, MA – A West Yarmouth couple was charged with fentanyl trafficking after officers raided their home Monday afternoon, police said. Police searched the Ivanhoe Avenue home around 12 p.m. and found a glass jar containing fentanyl, cocaine and other drugs, according to a statement from Yarmouth police.

Police said the following items were seized during the search:

• Fentanyl 21.6 grams
• Cocaine 7.6 grams
• Plastic Sandwich Baggies and other packaging materials
• Digital Scales (2)
• Lyrica Tablets
• Percocet Tablets
• Dexamphetamine Tablet
• Cash / US Currency $446.00
• Cell Phone

Meghan Coulstring, 35, and Deborah Selan, 53, face charges of trafficking fentanyl, possession to distribute a Class B drug (cocaine), possession to distribute a Class B drug (Percocet), possession to distribute a Class B drug (amphetamine) and possession to distribute a Class E drug (Lyrica). Coulstring was held overnight on $5,000 cash bail, while Selan was allowed to remain at the home to care for a disabled adult, police said.

Selan will be summoned to court on the charges.
