Cape Cod Dog Missing For A Month Found Safe
"Blizzard" went missing for missing for a month in Dennis but was found safe Thursday.
DENNIS, MA — A Cape Cod dog that went missing for a month was found safe Thursday morning, police said. Police credited the organization Missing Dogs Massachusetts for finding the dog. Volunteers set up cameras and traps and finally found the dog safe in town.
Blizzard, a female husky mix, went missing from its Jericho Road home in late June. She is a new rescue dog and "terrified" of people, officials said. She is distinguished by one blue eye and one brown eye.
