Police said on Tuesday, Price was a passenger in a rental car that was pulled over for a traffic violation. Officers recognized Price and the driver, a Harwichport woman.
Officers said the pair were acting suspicious, so a K-9 team searched the vehicle and detected drugs concealed in Price's buttocks area. Price was transported to the police station, where officers said they found the heroin and cocaine, along with a single prescription pill on him.
In 2011, Price was charged with threatening a woman with a gun.
