YARMOUTH, MA — A suspected Cape Cod heroin dealer is wanted by police.
Ivan Ramiro, 26, is wanted on the following charges:

- Operating with a suspended license
Police said he has a long criminal history.
Ramiro is 5 feet, 9 inches, 180 pounds, with black hair and green eyes.
