Cape Cod Mall Announces New Tenant As Part Of Redevelopment

HYANNIS, MA — Dick's Sporting Goods will open at Cape Cod Mall next year as part of the shopping center's redevelopment. The 46,000-square-foot store will be the chain's first location on Cape Cod.

Dick's is the largest U.S.-based, full-line sporting goods retailer. It offers a wide range of brand name sporting goods equipment, apparel and footwear.

"We are thrilled to welcome DICK’S Sporting Goods to Cape Cod Mall and to have them be a part of the Cape Cod community. The arrival of DICK’S is a major component to the redevelopment of the mall and will complement our existing retail, dining and entertainment offerings," Jason Huer, mall manager, said in a statement.

Dick's will be located next to Target, which is scheduled to open this fall.
