Cape Cod Man Accused Of OUI With Kids In Car: PD

YARMOUTHPORT, MA — A Cape Cod man has been charged with drugged driving in a crash in Yarmouth, police said. Noah Castellano, 36, had three children under the age of five in his car when he struck a utility pole near Summer Street and Route 6A, according to police.

The Yarmouthport resident told officers he took Percocet, which he had gotten illegally, and was falling asleep, police said. Witnesses said he nearly missed another utility pole prior to the crash, according to police.

The children were uninjured. Castellano was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, child endangerment and operating a motor vehicle to endanger.
