Cape Cod Man Wins $4 Million In State Lottery Game

BREWSTER, MA — A lottery ticket sold at a Cumberland Farms in Brewster is set to make a big change for one Cape Cod man's life.

Adam Dewitt of Brewster recently won the $4 million prize in the state lottery's “$4,000,000 Diamonds” $10 instant ticket game.

Dewitt will receive the prize with a one-time payment of $2.6 million before taxes. He told lottery officials he will use the money to buy a car and a new phone.

The ticket was sold at Cumberland Farms located at 2639 Main St. in Brewster. The store will receive a $40,000 bonus for the sale of this ticket, officials said.
