Cape Cod Officers Rescue 8 Ducklings
Yarmouth officers recently pulled eight ducklings out of a storm drain and reunited them with their mother.
YARMOUTH, MA — Yarmouth officers recently recently rescued eight ducklings trapped in a storm drain. The rescue happened Friday, according to the Yarmouth Division of Natural Resources. Crews pulled the drain cover off and scooped up the ducklings, which were unharmed.

"Once each duckling was retrieved from the drain they were reunited with the anxious mother closely watching the officers rescue," the division said in a statement. "(It was) a happy ending for this stressed parent."
