Cape Cod Pair Pulled Over With Fentanyl In Car: Police
Officers found fentanyl rolled up on the floor of the car when it was stopped Sunday, police said.

YARMOUTH, MA – A pair of Yarmouth residents were arrested Sunday after they were pulled over with fentanyl in the car, according to police. Officers stopped a gray Nissan Altima on Run Pond Road in South Yarmouth around 5:10 p.m. and found a folded piece of magazine paper with a small amount of grayish-white powder on the floor.
The powder was determined to be fentanyl, police said.
Joshua Sullivan, 38, was charged with conspiracy to violate the Massachusetts drug laws and possession of a Class A drug (heroin/fentanyl). Elyce Braska, 34, was charged with conspiracy to violate the Massachusetts drug laws.

Both are scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Barnstable District Court.
