Cape Cod Police Arrest 3 for OUI in 5 Hours
One driver was allegedly involved in a crash.

Police in Yarmouth this weekend arrested three drivers for OUI in the span of five hours.
- Travis Machado (shown above at left), 32, of Dennis, was arrested Saturday at about 7:45 a.m. on Out of Bounds Drive. In addition to OUI, he was charged with a lights violation.
- Doreen LaFranchise (center), 48, of South Yarmouth, was arrested Sunday at about 1 a.m. on North Main Street. In addition to OUI, she was charged with negligent driving and leaving the scene of a crash.
- Andre Kolarevic (right), 26, of Dedham, was arrested Sunday at about 12:30 a.m. on the Parkers River Bridge. In addition to OUI, he was charged with negligent driving, speeding, possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, and unlawful possession of a firearm/ammunition.
Drinking and driving is a serious and often deadly crime,” Yarmouth police said in a statement “Never drive impaired. Use a designated driver or call a sober friend or a taxi.”
