Cape Cod Schoolteacher Indicted On Child Rape Charges
The charges stem from the alleged rapes of two first-graders.

BREWSTER, MA – An elementary school teacher in Brewster has been indicted on charges stemming from the alleged rapes of two first-grade students. Noah Campbell-Halley, 36, of Harwich, faces five counts of aggravated rape of a child, eight counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, two counts of intimidation of a witness and one count of assault and battery on a child, according to the Cape Cod Times.
The computer technology teacher at Stony Brook Elementary School was placed on administrative leave and charged in March after two first-grade boys told a forensic interviewer that Campbell-Halley would take them to "the dark room," an offshoot of the computer room. Citing police reports, the Times reported that Campbell-Halley would allegedly show them videos and touch their private parts or have them touch him or each other. A third boy alleged Campbell-Halley showed him videos but did not accuse him of sexual acts.
Campbell-Halley was previously investigated in an alleged indecent assault while working at Cape Cod Children's Place in 2010. He was never charged.
