BREWSTER, MA – A Cape Cod woman was involved in a crash on I-95 that killed a woman and her dog Sunday, according to state police. Around 2:23 p.m., police were called to I-95 northbound near Exit 8 in Sharon and found the scene of a two-car crash.
State police said a 2003 Jaguar sedan, driven by a 73-year-old Rockport woman, and a 2017 Volkswagen Passat, driven by a 79-year-old Brewster woman, hit each other while traveling north on the highway. The Jaguar lost control and drove off the highway, traveling down an embankment and into a tree, according to police.
