Cape Man Steals $55K Boat: Police
Police said Jason Koksinski, 47, was arraigned in Barnstable District Court Wednesday in connection to the theft.

BARNSTABLE, MA — A Centerville man was arrested after police said he stole a boat worth $55,000. Jason Koksinski, 47, was arraigned in Barnstable District Court Wednesday in connection to the theft.
On Tuesday, Barnstable police received a report of a stolen 2003 Silver Hawk 24-foot boat from a home at Thornton Drive. Police said home security footage captured Koksinski hitching the boat to his SUV and driving away.
The owner of the boat posted several photos of his stolen boat on Social media requesting the public’s help. Several tips were later called into Barnstable police reporting to have seen the boat earlier in the area of Route 28 and West Main Street in Hyannis.

Following the tips, police said they were able to find the boat at Kokosinski's Centerville Home.
