Car Crashes Into Cape Cod Post Office

No injuries were reported when a car was driven through a post office in Yarmouth this week, police said.

Yarmouth police received a report of a car into a building shortly after 1 p.m. on Wednesday. Officials said that a 2013 Cadillac had accelerated through a parking space and into the Yarmouth Port Post Office.

YARMOUTH, MA — An elderly driver wasn't injured when they drove their car into the front of a Cape Cod post office, officials said.

Yarmouth police received a report of a car into a building shortly after 1 p.m. on Wednesday. Officials said that a 2013 Cadillac had accelerated through a parking space and into the Yarmouth Port Post Office.

The car came to rest almost entirely in the post office lobby, but no one was injured.
