'Chaotic Scene' At Rollover Cape Cod Crash Site

Two people were taken to the hospital for evaluation after the Thursday evening crash in Yarmouth.

YARMOUTH, MA — A rollover crash on Cape Cod led police officials to describe the "chaotic scene" that led to a citation for one driver.

Yarmouth police officers responded to a three-car crash at the intersection of Route 28 and Forest Road early Thursday evening. One vehicle had rolled over and the roadway was closed for approximately one hour, officials said.

An on-scene preliminary investigation concluded the rollover was the result of the driver failing to stop at the red light. That driver was cited for the red-light violation.
