'Notorious' Crack Cocaine Dealer Arrested Again in Barnstable: Police

Barnstable police arrested Doralyn Rix on charges she ran a crack cocaine dealing operation out of her Church Street residence.

BARNSTABLE, MA — A Barnstable woman with a "lengthy and notorious" rap sheet was arrested on charges she ran a crack cocaine dealing operation out of her Church Street residence, police announced Thursday. Doralyn Rix was arrested Monday and charged with felony drug possession with intent to distribute.

Rix ran the operation out of her 285 Church St. residence, police said. Police said over the last few months, they responded to the residence on "multiple" occasions for overdoses, theft reports, and drug activity. Neighbors also made "numerous" complaints about drug activity, police said.

Police said detectives recently conducted undercover cocaine purchases from the residence. On Monday, police executed a search warrant there and found 17 bags of crack cocaine, scales, packaging materials, and $1,900 in cash.
