Drunk Cape Cod Woman Crashes With Open Bottle of Chardonnay: Police
Jane Fennessey, of Yarmouth, faces several charges.
YARMOUTH, MA — A drunk Cape Cod woman with a half-empty bottle of chardonnay and no driver's license was arrested Tuesday after crashing in Yarmouth, police said. Jane Fennessey, 49, of Yarmouth, was charged with drunk driving, negligent driving, and driving without a license.
Police said the crash happened at about 5:15 p.m. on Station Avenue.
Fennessey will be arraigned Wednesday in Barnstable District Court.
