40 Hour Real Estate Pre-license Course at Cape Cod Community College
Effective June 1, 2011 MA requires 40-hours of pre-license salesperson education prior to the salesperson exam. This course meets that requirement and will prepare you for the State sales person license exam. Material is presented in a thorough and easy to understand manner. This course is approved by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for fulfilling its licensing requirement and covers the areas necessary for successful completion of the Massachusetts Real Estate Sales Exam.
